Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at ddandpfashionllc@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to: 116 S 27th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85009. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Custom and Personalized Items All custom-designed shirts, personalized products, and made-to-order items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes:
- Custom shirt requests with chosen designs
- Personalized text or graphics
- Any made-to-order apparel
We only accept returns or exchanges on custom items if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- We made an error in production (wrong size, wrong design, printing defect)
- You received the wrong item
If you receive a defective or incorrect custom item, please contact us within 7 days at ddandpfashionllc@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Your item must be in the same condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at ddandpfashionllc@gmail.com.
